Measuring your energy is is is easy All you you you you have to do is is is look at at at at how you you you you feel physically What matters is is is that you you you you find ways to to increase your your energy You can can start by asking yourself one question: What small thing can can I do today that has a a a significant impact on my energy?
Here are are things that are are true for almost everyone:
1 Exercise every day — I I lift weights four times a a a a a a a a week do two interval runs and make sure I I walk at least 30 minutes at a a a a a fast pace on on the days I don’t work out 2 Eat well — I I I I I don’t don’t follow a a a a a a a specific diet I I I I I eat eat eat I I I I I just don’t don’t eat eat eat processed stuff and I I I I I eat eat eat very little sugar (I like chocolate) I I also don’t consume more calories than I I burn That’s one part of the equation When I I do those two things every day I I feel great And my energy is also high As soon as I I I I stop working out or or or start eating unhealthy I I I I feel down That’s how I I I I know this works Improve your energy by exercising more and eating well 2 Measuring Work
When it comes to working I I I I don’t look look at at at income status or or other generic measures Instead I I I I look look at at at how much I I I I can still learn learn learn In other words: Have you you reached your full learning learning potential? Why do I I look at learning learning and not income? Because it matters more Christensen puts it well in How Will You You Measure Your Life?:
