    Beverage Crew
Salley, Ferguson, Loyd, Smith with see Mrs. Loflin in the main office at 8:30 a.m. to ice drinks. At approximately, 11:00 a.m. they will deliver drinks to halls and assist as needed with dispersal and clean up after and during lunch.
Additional assistance for lunch will be provided by:
300 Hallway – Archibald, Ashbee, Chipman, Wilson 200 Hallway – Snyder, Stevens
100 Hallway – Shields, Miller, T. Anderson
Staff will disperse drinks and food to students and ensure that students maintain safety protocols and dispose of trash appropriately.
Counselors
Responsibility: Report to Room 511 at 6:20 a.m. to assist with material disbursement. In addition, counselors will be assigned to work in hallways to assist staff/students.
• Dixon/Douglas – 300 Hallway
• Peyton – 200 Hallway
• Sigmin/Chisum – 100 Hallway
The following teachers/staff will assist counselors and staff. Roles may include obtaining materials for staff, counting materials, and providing short breaks for testing staff. Remain in assigned areas throughout the test.
• Henderson/Chansuolme – 300 Hallway
• Perrigin – 200 Hallway
• Pennington/Hudson– 100 Hallway
• Sossaman/L. Robinson – 400 Hallway
Immediately After the Test
Test Materials will be picked up by Post-Test Team and returned to Room 511. Students will remain in their test rooms with Support Team.
• Support Team will need to log onto Zoom for post-test videos.
• They will also access & play the message from Clint Pulver for seniors.
• Links and presentation information will be shared via email prior to September 22.
Post Test Sorting/Packing Team
Lead: Turner
Responsibility: Assist with document sorting, verification, packing
• Parham, Inman, Balducci, Hudson
Tech Crew
Lead: Segerson
Responsibility: Troubleshoot Zoom sessions and Video presentation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Teachers may wear jeans with your favorite college shirt on Tuesday, September 22.
• Refer Seniors who don’t have an acceptable photo ID to the Guidance Office to obtain an ACT
Identification Letter prior to test day. Administrators and staff will be stationed in the halls to personally
identify any students who don’t have the proper ID.
• Each team will receive specific instructions regarding expectations and roles.
• Lunch will be provided to staff thanks to the AHS PTSA!!!!
             Dismissal
At the end of the day, Mr. Duncan will dismiss students.
• Staff assigned to afternoon duties will resume regular responsibilities.
• All other staff will monitor students as they transition safely out of the building.
