 • Analyze Radar Lists, progress reports, grade books to review progress of students with disabilities and English Language Learners.
• In cooperation with the Kirkland Consultant and the ELL Educator, provide teachers with a toolbox of instructional strategies that may impact and motivate students with various learning styles and needs.
Outcome #2:
• Develop Zones of Regulation for teachers to help students identify their emotional state/anxiety level which may create barriers to curriculum related to various disabilities/ diagnoses/concerns for each Tier, and provide optional strategies students may use to alleviate anxiety, providing greater access to the curriculum and, improving student accountability.

§ PROGRESS: Periodically throughout the year, we reviewed gradebooks in faculty meetings and in PLC meetings to discuss compliance and steps needed to ensure pacing and assessments were consistent.

§ PROGRESS: As we have
reviewed Biology Standards, we have worked in person and via virtual meetings to determine strategies to address various students’ needs and make them available to each teacher in the PLC. Effective May 12, 2020 materials have been placed in a OneDrive Folder for the PLC to access, as needed. Each time we discover additional resources, they will be placed in the digital folder.
