REACHING BUYERS THROUGH AGENT CONNECTIONS
What is the MLS and how does it work?
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a constantly evolving database of properties on the market in any given area, and the full data access is only available to licensed real estate professionals. In most cases, the MLS is the first place a buyer’s agent will go to search for a home for their client. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty is a member of all local MLS systems and your listing will be showcased in multiple MLS systems, locally and throughout Southern California.
Broker Caravan
It is very important to expose your home to the brokerage community through broker caravans, open houses, mailings, phone contact and a competitive commission offering. Broker Caravans allow real estate professionals to preview your home, and can often provide excellent feedback on the condition, price range and marketability of your home.
The Power of our Network
The buyer of your home could be anywhere in the world. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network of agents and offices is growing rapidly, with over 50,000 real estate agents and 1,400 offices across North America.
