registration and submission of training programmes for Programme
Accreditation;
ii. the ATP fails to maintain a valid registration status with the
appropriate professional bodies, authorities and/or regulatory
bodies;
iii. The ATP is no longer able to discharge its functions effectively due
to legal, economic, social or other reasons;
iv. the detection of any non-compliance with the requirements of CIQF
and CIDB during the Compliance Exercise;
v. the training programme is transferred to and is conducted by another
party which is not an ATP; or
vi. substantial changes are made to the accredited training programme.
If substantial changes are made to the training programme within the accredited period [defined as thirty percent (30%) or more variations to the training content], the respective ATP shall submit a fresh application for Programme Accreditation within thirty (30) working days. If the variations amount to less than 30%, the ATP is still required to notify CIDB in writing. CIDB reserves the right to consider the affected training programme for re-accreditation.
CIDB shall inform the ATP on the issues identified and allow the ATP to rectify the gaps for reappraisal of the accreditation status by CIDB.
