Burke is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees (see “What Are You Eligible For?” on page 7). Benefits are available the first of the month following 59 days of employment. The complete benefits package is briefly summarized in this booklet. You share the costs of some benefits (medical, dental, voluntary life and AD&D, 403(b)) and Burke provides other benefits at no cost to you (Group Term Life and AD&D, NYS Short-Term Disability Insurance, Workers Compensation).
