Program
Employees who have completed 6 months of continuous employment may be eligible for the tuition assistance program. Employees are reimbursed after the course with a grade level of “C” or better. Reimbursement amount is per calendar year and is dependent on performance rating.
• Automatic Contribution Arrangement (ACA), the Service Corporation will automatically withhold 2% from each payroll period after 6 months of continuous employment @ 500 hours (Effective 1/1/2022). Employees have
the option to Opt-Out.
• Receive 5% discretionary employer contribution after 24 months of continuous employment at 1000 hours/year
• Plan participants are 100% vested immediately
• Semi-annual educational seminars available to participants

We are pleased to announce that we will be switching vendors for our Flexible and
Dependent Care Accounts. Both Accounts will now be administered by Benefit Resource Inc.
Health Care Spending Account
• Set aside up to $2,750 tax-free dollars to pay for eligible health care expenses that are not covered such as copayments, deductible, prescriptions, dental work, vision care and certain over-the counter items
• Carryover: You may carryover a maximum of $550 in Health Care Account funds into the next calendar year
Dependent Care Spending Account
Set aside up to $5,000 in a pre-tax dollar account for payments to a qualified dependent care program:
• Preschool/nursery care • Babysitter or nanny (during your work hours only) • Before and/or after-school care • Summer day camps
