 FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
P52 MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT AND CULTURE (7TH REVIEW)
Risks
Management Commitment is essential to the effective SFS execution and must be demonstrated by Hotel and the SFS Management Team. This is judged by the number of SFS team meetings held every month, the frequency with which the SFS Management Team attends these meetings, the control exercised by Management to ensure that Internal Audits of the 44 policies are undertaken with the correct frequency. This will ensure that the Hotel staff will apply the SFS policies to minimize Food Safety Risk.
