Goldentree was established in 2000 and is privately owned by the Done family (BetFred). Goldentree is a specialist short term, secured, property lending business. We lend amounts of £100k to £5m to property professionals who are involved in transactional deals. Our maximum term is 18 months. We fund both residential and commercial deals all over mainland UK and visit every property as well as meet every client.
Lending private cash means we have no fund or bank covenant restraints. This gives us the ability to finance a wide variety of deals and deliver the cash quickly.
