Witch & Watchman was founded in London, England in 2014 by Helen Wilson who is the artist and designer behind Witch & Watchman’s striking wallpaper and fabric
designs. Witch & Watchman conceives bold and elaborate prints with a dark, mysterious and eccentric aesthetic inspired by Film Noir and old, theatrical Hollywood mansions overgrown with flora, where whimsicality fills the walls and the wallpapers tell a story, one of peculiarity and dark romanticism. The designs are fused with nonconformity and unconventionality to create a range that’s romantic yet mysterious. Every element in each design has been hand painted in oil on canvas, then digitally reproduced onto wallpaper and fabric using top quality manufacturers in England. Witch & Watchman is based in Los Angeles.
