Why is well being important in times like these?

  Dear readers, as we all know there is a dreadful virus at large that is affecting everyone’s lives. Whether or not you have it is not the question, but rather what can we do to help lessen the impact that it has taken on the world? The things most people value in their lives have been limited, for example work, education, leisure activities, travelling and overall contact and socialisation with the general public. Gone...for now, anyway. At these times, the future is often very unpredictable so for those who are vulnerable and frightened they may find it very difficult to go through. Even though you may want to scream, shout, or even cry a thousand tears about being alone, there are just some things we cannot control, and this is one of them. Instead we should try to focus on the things we can control like our wellbeing.
Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy and it is really important that we try and improve it because it can help us feel powerful in times where the only thing you feel is powerless. Learning to avoid these negative thoughts can definitely help keep your mind focused on the things that are actually important. Thousands of people right now are living their lives in the proximity of their homes, desperately thinking of anything to pass the days that just seem to be flying by without us noticing. An idea to help would be trying to find a new hobby, a distraction, a new way of focusing your thinking. Some ideas may be sports related or creative projects like art or writing. Personally, I
think it is good to broaden your hobbies so that when this is all over maybe you can seek a new path that you would have never even thought about before. Think of every day as blessing because unfortunately there are many who have been cursed, no longer able to continue with their lives because of this. Take this time to reach out to distant or close family members, showing gratitude towards them will help improve your relationship and is a really big step towards a better home experience.
Therefore, I say let us try to make these days memorable and fulfilling, your happiness and motivation will grow if you continue to make these days’ worth
something to your future. You must stay strong and hold your heads high as there is so much you can access to help learn about the person that you are becoming. Improving your mindset can even help the people around you too, enabling the world to become a better place. If we just take time to focus on what we can do for the world, we can all make a huge difference. So, when those anxiety filled and depressing thoughts start to bombard your minds, replace it with this quote. “If I believe, I will achieve”. While this quote may sound overrated, it can be the source of many wonderful beginnings.
