From the the the style of facial features particularly the the the eyes the the the work perhaps belongs to Kishangarh regional School On an open terrace surrounded by a a a a a a a a a a traceried marble parapet the Raja sits on on a a a a a a a a a a a a broad hexagonal platform with a a a a a a a a a a a a large bolster that has the print in in in off white against a a a a a a a a a a a a red background with green cloth forming the circular sides of it it it He wears a a a a white gold printed long angarkha that that is is is held at at at the the waist by the the gold kamar bandh The printed motif is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a leaf that that in in in in the the the main body of the the the gown is is represented vertical but in in in in the the the sleeves is is horizontal A halo in in in in green colour with gold gold circumscribing it it it has gold gold rays emanating from it it it which encompasses his face The The facial features are sharp and and well set The The ear is is is is realistically modeled and and is is is is adorned with with a a a a a a a a baali with with two pearls An interesting feature is the side lock that ends in in in a a a a a a a a triangle and covers the the the the the side of of the the the the the face the the the the the end meeting the the the the the curved point of of the the the the the moustache The side locks as it comes sweeping down the face is is is interrupted by small kiss curls This representation of side locks resonate with the Kishangarh style The turban on on on his head is is is equally remarkable fashioned in in in two colours namely the the printed red and the the plain green There is is is not much jewellery adorning his his body except the the gold ring in in in fin the the little finger of his his right hand and and a a a a a a few pearls sewn at the the the side of o the the the turban An outline contouring the the the profiled face is apparent Behind the the the the Raja are two attendants one of them has a a a a a a a a a a morchal and the the the the other sports a a a a a a a a a a shield and and and a a a a a a a a a a a sword Their facial features and and and sartorial attire is similar to to the courtiers standing opposite to them The design of the the turban is varied with a a a a solid white border fringing it it it it all around and and green strands of clothes interweaving through the the main red printed fabric which forms the the primary design The turban ends in in in front of the the head on on top in in in a a a a point The Raja is in in in conversation with with a a a a a a a a Brahmin who stands in in in front of him with with folded hands and and and making an appeal while the the fingers of the the Raja have been represented as though questioning him The Brahmin’s features are equally delineated with sharp strong outline a a a a a a a receding hairline with hair hair knotted behind his head The eyebrows like the Raja is is bow shaped he he he he wears a a a a a a a a moustache and has side locks like the main protagonist He is is however bare bodied and wears a a a a a a a saffron yellow pleated skirt below which is is full length reaching up to his ankle The fingers as as well as as the bare chest and and arms are are neatly outlined and and his wrist is is is adorned with two gold kadas Behind the Brahmin stands three courtiers whose facial features and and turbans are similar to the the the main protagonist the the the Raja seated in in front of them All three wear angarkha designed in in in in in a a a a manner wherein the the the sloping part of the the the upper section near the the the neckline ends in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a cluster of pleats The kamar bandh is a a a a a a a a a a a simple white band band All three wear a a a a a a a a a a a gold rectangular shaped pendant around their neck and baali’s with pearls The courtier on the the extreme left
