After reviewing all the data that Bunge Oils can provide, you may still choose to ask your Bunge Sales Representative to conduct a fry test comparing Bunges' Elite Frying Shortenings and Oils to other brands .

GOALS OF ThE TEST
1 . To determine which of the two shortenings provides higher quality fried foods . 2 . To determine which of the two shortenings is more economical .
The winner will be determined on the basis of which shortening provides the most consistent high quality food and/or is the most economical . Remember: the actual cost of shortening is very dependent on how long the shortening produces quality foods based on the amount of food fried.
