motorcoach. An all-weather raincoat is an excellent choice on most trips, as well as comfortable walking shoes, bathing suits (many hotels have indoor pools). And don’t forget your camera!
PERSONAL ITEMS:
Any and all personal items should be kept in your possession at all times. McCarter is not responsible for personal items left on the motor coach. Any personal items found after a completed tour will be held for one week for passenger(s) to claim. McCarter will dispose of any items not claimed within this time.
RESPONSIBILITY:
These tours are operated by McCarter Coach & Tour, a division of McCarter Transit, Inc., Beaver Falls, PA. McCarter Transit, Inc. is certified and bonded by the Interstate Commerce only as an agent for tour members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admission, and restaurants. McCarter Coach & Tour reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in itinerary and is not responsible to any person for expenses, loss of time or money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements made by it for tour members. McCarter Coach and Tour reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, and no further obligation will be assumed by McCarter Transit, Inc. We also reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, and in such cases all payments will be refunded without further obligation on our part. If a passenger leaves the tour at any time, all return fares and other expenses will be assumed by the passenger. An attempt will be made to secure return of monies for unused hotel rooms and missed meals for passengers leaving the tour.
INSURANCE:
You are fully insured on our motor coach as required by law. It is understood that the carrier assumes no liability for accidents, damage, losses, or non-performance of service on the part of any establishment referred to in connection with the tour. Carrier’s responsibility is limited to the actual transportation services offered in connection with the tour.

them a good time. A gift certificate from McCarter Coach & Tour is always the right size and color and may be exchanged for many happy memories.
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR SCHOOL, CLUB, OR PRIVATE GROUP:
We can design tours and itineraries to your individual requirements. If your club would like to take a trip, ask us to plan it for you.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
I acknowledge that McCarter tour activities include known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical injury, emotional injury, contraction of infectious diseases (including COVID-19), property damage, or even death. Such risks may include but are not limited to: traveling by bus, van, car, boat, train, ski chair lift, horse carriage, canoeing, horseback riding, archery, shooting, swimming, fire tower climbing, spelunking (caving), food consumption, traveling or hiking in a wilderness area through rough terrain and the forces of nature, weather conditions, contact with plants or animals, close proximity to other people, condition of roads, trails or terrain and accidents connected with their use. I fully realize that medical services or facilities are not easily accessible during the tour. My participation in these activities is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate despite the risks. By participating in a McCarter tour I expressly (explicitly) agree to accept and assume all known and unknown risks from the associated activities and hereby release from any and all claims, liabilities, losses and damages and hold harmless McCarter, its agents, principals, owners, guides, tour leaders, volunteers, employees, managers, servants, subcontractors and all other representatives acting in any capacity on their behalf.
