Simpragma was given 8 days to come-up with a CRM tool that could hear the complainant in Hindi, capture all the useful Inputs like bank name, scheme name, gram panchayat, village and many such inputs.
Simpragma used Google speech to text, Asterisk, Electron and WebRTC to achieve Govt. Vision of streamlin- ing & fast tracking complaint resolu- tion.

1520 Helpline has been a very successful initiative in Uttar Pradesh.
Everyday the call center received more than 8000 calls. Govt. Is now planning to increase the call center capacity.
10 folds to be able to serve more calls and get more beneficiaries to avail loans and insurance provided by Govt.
