Uber Airport Experience
Clear Channel Airports and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport partnered with Uber to find a solution that relieves any inconvenience travelers experience trying to locate their rideshare pick-up upon departing the airport.
Designed to navigate flyers through a maze of crowds and frustration, Uber created signage that directs passengers from the concourse down to baggage claim through the parking garage, and straight to their Uber ride.
This first of its kind campaign has solved an ongoing challenge departing passengers encounter by utilizing messaging to provide a fast, no-stress way to connect consumers to their Uber ride.
