CHARACTER EDUCATION PROGRAM
Mother Teresa of Calcutta was canonized a saint on September 4, 2016. Her life and service to others was an excellent focal point for our Character Education Program. The staff and students used quotes from Mother Teresa to discuss and practice a virtue every month. Our virtues for the school year:

Giving Opportunities
There is no greater investment than a child’s education. You can help Seton students by donating your time or money to the cause of Catholic education in the community. Seton is grateful for all gifts to our school. The Business Manager, Karla Larsen, is available to help answer any questions and work with you on your donation.
Consider the different ways of giving:
• Mail: Outright gifts made via cash or check (please
note the direction of your contribution).
• In-Kind Gifts: Contributions of goods or services provide
tax bene ts and help our school.
• Matching Gifts: A way to multiply your generosity
through your employer’s matching gift program.
• Securities: Gifts of marketable stocks or mutual fund
shares that have can have an immediate impact on Seton and also create an immediate income tax deduction for you based on the assets’ current value.
• Estate Planning: By including Seton in your will or estate plans, you can enjoy tax bene ts and help sustain our work for generations to come.
• Scholarship: Setting up an educational scholarship fund can be a meaningful way to give back to students in honor of a loved one.
• Endowment Fund: Contributions go directly in to our established Seton Endowment Fund.
• Memorials and Honors: Honor a loved one’s legacy by making a gift in his/her memory.
• Volunteer Work: Hours of service for the school make a great impact in children’s education.
