COST TO EDUCATE INFORMATION
Do you realize that every family receives a tuition discount because of the fundraising efforts of the school community? While we realize tuition makes up the majority of our revenue, the school receives additional funds through fundraising and tuition assistance, which is used to educate our students. In reality, what parents pay in tuition is not the actual cost to educate their child.
To nd the actual cost to educate one student, take our annual expenses plus our nancial aid, and divide it by our student count. For the 2016-2017 school year the actual cost to educate one child was $5,812; while our tuition rate for one Catholic student was $4,225.
If you consider the tuition that is paid for one student, you will see that each student received a discount of $1,587 due to fundraising.
Participation in the various fundraising opportunities of the school is crucial to our continued nancial success. Please participate in the fundraising events to the best of your ability to help us keep Catholic education affordable for all our families.
