   DARK CHOCOLATE
& ORANGE BROWNIE
(SERVES 8)
YOU WILL NEED
Good quality dark chocolate........................225g Butter.......................................................................225g Sugar .......................................................................300g Eggs..................................................................................4 Cocoa......................................................................... 75g Flour ........................................................................... 75g Rind of large orange..................................................1
METHOD
1 Melt together the butter and chocolate.
2 Whilst melting, whisk together the sugar and eggs until creamy in texture.
4 Add the flour and cocoa to the egg mix and fold in.
5 Finally, add the chocolate, the butter and the orange rind and fold in until fully mixed.
6 Bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for around 30 minutes until a knife comes out with a little moisture. The brownie should be semi-wobbly. This will give a gooey finish.
7 Serve with vanilla ice cream.
