  I have tenants in my property. Can I still Part Exchange?
We may be able to Part Exchange a tenanted property, but there a few extra checks that we need to make. These include:
• When has the tenant been given notice to leave?
• Will they allow estate agents in to value the property?
• Will they allow viewings to take place?
The seller would also need to consider the extra stamp duty implications in buying a new house when they own more than one property.
