Over our short history, we’ve developed guiding principles that help define the workplace we want The Pixel Shop to be.

Our values are anchored in a mutual respect for one another. We treat each other the way we want to be treated.

We succeed or fail as members of a team; there’s no glory in being a star player on a losing squad. Our colleagues achieve exceptional productivity through focus and teamwork, and support one another. We work as one.
3. Pay people fairly, and respect their personal lives.
We believe that people are at their best when they are financially comfortable, and have time to relax, spend time with their families and friends, and pursue their own interests.
4. Work should be fun.
Most people spend more time working than they do with their families. Work shouldn’t be a drag. We try to keep our office atmosphere fun and relaxed.
