Iowa In the Dark (October 15, 2020 Release) is a dry red with light and fresh flavors. First impressions are tangy acid followed by black cherry fading to plum followed by a drying mid-palate and a long, pleasing finish. Made from Marquette, St. Croix, Petite Pearl, and Steuben grapes grown in our Iowa vineyards, Iowa In the Dark is a versatile wine that will pair nicely with grilled meat and spicy dishes including Asian and Mexican. Serve at room temperature. $20 per 750 ml bottle
2020 Iowa Nouveau (November 19, 2020 Release) a light and fruity red wine, is our first wine of the season. Made from grapes grown in Mahaska County, Iowa, Iowa Nouveau pairs well with vegetable and beef soups and stews and traditional holiday meals. Best when consumed soon after purchase.
