reds in French oak barrels where tannins extracted from the oak enhance the flavor profiles of the finished wines.
Most Tassel Ridge wines have screw caps. We believe that screw caps represent
the best closure technology currently available. Some specialty bottle types are not available with screw caps, so we use synthetic T-top closures on them. We do not use any cork closures.
Tassel Ridge wines are crafted to please a variety of palates. Tassel Ridge wines
have won more than 250 medals in prestigious national and international wine competitions.

All Tassel Ridge® wines are produced and bottled at the Winery in Leighton, Iowa, using state-of-the-art equipment. We have 41 stainless steel tanks with about 56,000 gallons of total capacity and 38 oak barrels with about 2,560 gallons of total capacity.
