• Example Outcome - Our students, staff, and parents are honoured as distinct and unique while being brought together in a
spirit of communion.
    • Developing relevant strategies taking into account stakeholder feedback and the local context as a means to improve learning en- vironments, teaching, learning, and as- sessment practices.
• Example Strategy - Providing monthly mass celebrations at the church or school and inviting parents and key stakeholders to participate in liturgical celebrations.
• Developing local performance measures that inform practice and provide a means to report on the continuous improvement process for a given strategy. Example - Frequency of cele- brations & # of participants.
• Identifying and aligning pro- vincial performance measures as outlined in the Education Funding Manual for each do- main and respective element or outcome. Example - Safe & Caring or Parental Involvement.
