we can repair or upgrade your VARIOfit® product on site. Your guarantee rights remain unchanged, of course.
Easy-running wheels
with wheel brakes and castor foot guards: Thanks to their new wheels with thermoplastic tyres, VARIOfit® trucks and
trolleys leave no marks even on light-coloured floors. Their sealed precision ball bearings of deep-groove design are not only robust and impact-resistant, but also extremely easy-running. And it goes without saying that their swivel castors are equipped with wheel brakes and foot guards as required by EU standards.
Innovative L-section frames
Only VARIOfit® trucks have the L-section frame developed exclusively by Cordes to
ensure maximum load-bearing capacity. This specially designed frame makes Variofit trucks and trolleys ex- tremely robust and light.
Powder coating
After thorough preliminary treatment, VARIOfit® products are powder coated, then stove enamelled to optimise and en-
hance their surface finish. This makes them resistant to impacts and scratches and gives them the robustness they need for a long service life.
TÜV mark
TÜV (the German technical inspection au- thority) stands for quality and safety. Most VARIOfit® products bear this mark. The
TÜV mark can be awarded to trolleys with a payload of up to 500 kg and trucks with a capacity of 250 kg.
