ARTICLE V - Meetings
SECTION 1. Place of Meetings. Meetings of the Club will be held in the
Harvey Woman's Club building, City of Palestine, Anderson County, Texas, as may
from time to time be fixed by the President of the Governing Board or as will be
specified or fixed in the respective notices thereof.
SECTION 2. Annual Meetings.
a. An annual meeting of the membership of Harvey Woman's Club will be
