AIR 4455

The AIR 4455 is a radio with integrated
antenna. As part of the Ericsson Radio
System portfolio, AIR 4455 has best in class
design when it comes to radio performance
and site compactness for wide area 3GPP
radio products.

AIR 4455 enables high capacity via 4x4
MIMO support and high coverage via about
60 dBm EIRP under a premium UL
sensitivity performance for a LTE network
with HW prepared of 5G via only SW
upgrade.

AIR 4455 has a compact design and is easy
and quick to install which makes it ideal for
pole and wall mounted deployments
addressing below roof-tops and street
coverage and capacity scenarios. A fiber
optic cable can be used to connect the AIR
4455 to the baseband unit and several AIR
products can be connected in a cascade or
star configuration.

AIR 4455 is inspired with pioneering
industry design philosophy which makes the
product harmonized or invisible to the
surroundings, this enables a much easier
site acquisition.

AIR 4455 provides support both mechanical
and remote electrical tilt of the antenna
system. It enlarges the flexibility for different
site deployment scenarios with minimized
inter-site interferences.
