Nice to hear Govind whom we all called Gobi is approaching his seventieth birthday. I and Gobinder had a lot in common for Bombayites.
We are both from UP both studied in Doon School, in fact Mayank, Govind and myself are all 3 Dosco’s son in laws of this great illustrious Jain Goenka family. I knew Gobi much before you all knew him obviously in school when we were in our knickers. I think Gobi was three or four juniors to me in school. Gobi was a cute very sweet boy one of the few of us in Kashmir House from business families from UP. He was a quiet simple boy,
not rowdy and playful quite my type.
Yes time has flown so rapidly the time when Gobi got engaged and married to Vibha I think in 1975. Our friendship continues. You two have such a lovely family raised your children so well and devoted to the family, culture and
customs and values which we UPites treasure.
My wishes are to you cherish and enjoy life enjoy every day as it comes and laugh it all the way.
