The Fiscal Year 2024 Financial Statements appear in the UMASS method as recommended by the Bureau of
Accounts.
A combined balance sheet, combined statement of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance are
relected in this report. Included in the report is a statement of budgeted and actual revenues, budgeted and
actual expenditures indicating favorable and unfavorable variances. There are also other statements, which
are relevant to the Town of Middleborough.
The Town also reports a Schedule A to the Bureau of Accounts which identifies revenues and expenditures by
departments. A copy of this report may be reviewed in the Finance Department’s ofice.
