ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and/or transfer $1,000,000.00 from taxation,
free cash, another specific available fund, the Stabilization Fund, an existing appropriation or account or other
available source, or by borrowing to purchase and equip a new pumper truck for the Fire Department, and all
related, relevant, and necessary expenses associated therewith; and to rescind the vote under Article 14 of the
2023 Annual Town Meeting which authorized the lease-purchase of a new fire pumper truck; or act anything
thereon.

Department Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan Update; or act anything thereon.
