ARTICLE 3: Voted unanimously to appropriate the sum of $1,000,000.00 to purchase and equip a
new pumper truck for the Fire Department and all related, relevant, and necessary expenses
associated therewith; that to meet said appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the Select
Board is authorized to borrow said amount under the provisions of G.L. c.44, s.7(1) or any other
enabling authority and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor, said funds to be expended
under the direction of the Town Manager; and that the vote under Article 14 of the 2023 Annual
Town Meeting which authorized the lease purchase of a new fire pumper truck is hereby
rescinded.

ARTICLE 4: Voted unanimously to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from Wastewater Department
Retained Earnings for all related, relevant and necessary expenses associated with the Wastewater
Department Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan Update.
