cash, another specific available fund, the Stabilization Fund, an existing appropriation or account or other
available source, or by borrowing for the Water Department for all related, relevant and necessary expenses
associated with the Miller/Tispaquin/Rocks Pumping Station(s) Evaluation and Pilot Study, or act anything
thereon.

and equipping of the Middleborough East Grove Street Water Treatment Plant, including landscaping, earthwork,
exterior work, replacement of the garage, and repairs to the existing pump house, and including without limitation
all costs thereof as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 29C of the General Laws and all related, relevant, and
necessary expenses associated therewith; or act anything thereon.
