POLICE DEPARTMENT
SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY
In 2024, The Middleborough Police Department had
Lieutenant Detective Kristopher Dees, Sergeant Nathan
Ferbert, Detective Robert Rullo, and Detective Alan
Cunningham handling the Sex Ofender Registry for the
town. All four oficers were previously trained at the Sex
Ofender Registry Board located in Billerica, Mass.
Oficers Adam Priestly, Stephen Robbins and Dylan
Adams completed the four-hour web-based seminar
training given by the Sex Ofender Registry Board. This
enables oficers to register ofenders and make changes
in the SORB database, while giving them an overall
knowledge of the system and compliance laws.
Middleborough has five (5) Level 3 ofenders living here,
three (3) Level 3 ofenders working here and one (1) Level
3 ofender lists the same address as his secondary and
school address here. Middleborough has twenty-three
(23) Level 2 ofenders living here and fiteen (15) Level 2
ofenders working here, and one (1) Level 2 ofender lists
a secondary address. There are seven (7) Level 1
ofenders living in Middleborough and four (4) Level 1
ofenders working here. Keep in mind, some ofenders
may live and work in Middleborough so some of the
reporting may be duplicitous.

found in several locations throughout town including
the police station lobby. Information on Level 3 and
certain Level 2 ofenders can be found by going to the Sex
Ofender Registry Board at

Information on Level 2 ofenders who cannot be found on
the above link, can be obtained by filling out a request
form available on the SORB website.
