Fletcher earned her MFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BFA in Painting and Drawing from Valdosta State University, Valdosta, GA. She currently lives with her family in Florida, maintains an active studio practice, and is an associate professor of 2D Studio Arts at Daytona State College. She has exhibited in many group, juried, and solo exhibitions, in the United States and abroad, and her work is now part of public and private art collections. She has been the recipi- ent of numerous awards, including an International Painting Residency in Chelm Poland, and her work has been published twice in a juried selection of International Visual Artists in Studio Visit magazine.
