Bojankov, born in Kyustendil, Bul- garia, earned his MFA in Print- making from the Academy of Fine Art-Krakow, Poland. His work has been shown in almost 400 exhibitions around the world, including in Toronto,Taipei, Majdanek, Cracow, Wimbledon, Ibiza, Lubin, Philadelphia, Kanagawa, Lodz, Plovdiv, Sofia, Beogrd, Ljubljana, Cluj, Rijeka, Leskovac, Olkusz, Kolobrzeg, Carbunar, Kuala Lompur, and New York. He is the recipient of multiple international awards, including the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, and in the category of Cubism, an American Art Award, Hollywood, LA.
