Weinblatt is the recipient of six national artist-In-residence scholarships; a New York City Artist Corp Grant; and NYC public arts grants from the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council; the National Endowment for the Humanities with Circuit Productions; and the Grumbacher Gold Medal for Painting. School Lunch has been exhibited in over 40 solo exhibitions, and group shows include the NYC Armory Show. The series was published in New America Paintings: Northeast, jur- ied by Amy Sherald. The Nabisco Corporation Gallery, NJ, has featured the series in exhibition of Faces of America: Celebrating Diversity & Multi-Culturalism for Black History Month. Weinblatt exhibited selections from the series in the MvVO Art Show, on the Westfield Screen, in the Oculus, World Trade Center, NYC; and digitally on a billboard in Times Square, NYC.
