Afashion school graduate, Haefflinger is gradually returning to her first creative
outlet: painting. Now thirty years old and living in Paris, she is a self- taught artist. Working in oils, her abstract technique
examines natural and scientific subjects. As an artist/ researcher, she endeavors in her work to reveal an invis- ible cosmos, a microbiology; this unobservable and mys- terious world can then be imagined on a human scale.
