Tabachnick learned to embroider when she was a little girl. Later came sewing, knitting, cro- cheting, and weaving. She learned weaving from the weaving master Luciller Landis, and has ex- hibited extensively in Connecticut, including most recently at the DaSilva Gallery in New Haven.
