A smart, hardwearing, heavyweight twill trouser, from Gurteen of England, with 2% elastane for extra freedom of movement when stretching. The sophisticated
'twill' weave of these trousers gives the fabric its unique character. It shrugs off creases and drapes handsomely. The twill weave is achieved by passing the ‘weft’ thread over one or more of the ‘warp’ threads to give them their signature diagonal ribbed pattern. The space between
the ribs is known as ‘the wale’. It has to be just right to
be a true ‘twill’. With two side pockets and two button- through back pockets.
