Of course, over the fourteen years we have been together, I have painted many images of my current partner,
James Starner.
We are both widowers who lost their previous partners to HIV. We decided to
join forces and live our remaining days together. Jim is many things to me. He holds me together. He is my strength. He is my ears when I cannot hear, and he picks me up when I fall.
