Strategic Planning for Law Firms
Different Marketing Efforts
A blended firm may have diverse approaches to marketing. Insurance defense lawyers’ clients are often in other states and belong to national organizations. There is a cost associated with meeting and developing relationships with these individuals. Conversely, a commercial litigator may get much of his or her business locally, requiring less travel and less concomitant expenses. Sometimestheinverseistrue. Avoiding Class and Caste System
It shouldn’t need to be said, but it bears noting that when leading a blended firm, efforts must be made to avoid a class and caste system. No group should come to see themselves as more important than the others, and no group should come to see themselves as less important. The firm survives and thrives because of everyone.
