Strategic Planning for Law Firms
Who Should Be in Charge of Strategic Planning?
You need someone in charge of strategic planning. It won’t happen, and certainly won’t happen successfully, if you don’t have someone at the helm. You have two choices – someone internally – the managing partner for example – or someone externally – a law firm consultant. Each approach has its pros and cons. Even when you hire an outside consultant you will need an internal planning chair.
