Either hire a consultant or assign a firm leader to lead your firm through the strategic planning process, by gathering and reviewing relevant data and documents, developing and drafting a plan, implementing it and holding everyone accountable to complete it.
Please take our word for the fact that great firms plan. Failed firms do not. The legal profession is changing at lightning speed. Clients are changing and innovating. Younger lawyers have far different needs and goals than in the past. Standing on tradition and being too busy is not an excuse. You must plan.
