HOTEL INFORMATION
We’ve negotiated some incredible rates and family-friendly options for this meeting at sister properties nestled
on the mountain. The CLE and most events will take place at Stein Ericksen Lodge. If you are looking for larger
or more affordable accommodations, the Chateaux is a short walk from the Lodge and a shuttle service will
provide door-to-door service to the Lodge and other activities.

The FDCC has negotiated room rates at Stein Erickson
starting at $399.99 per night for a run of house room
(plus a $45 resort fee per day and takes). A limited
number of upgraded suites are available for $499 per
night plus taxes and fees.
The Chateaux Deer Valley
The Chateaux features all the luxury and comfort of
the Stein Erickson featuring family-friendly pricing.
Each room has a kitchenette, toaster, microwave, small
refrigerator and a gas fireplace. One to four-bedroom
options are available based on the size of your family.
Room rates here start at $249 per night plus taxes and
fees for the Run of the House room.
Once you have registered, you will be sent a link that
will allow you to reserve a room in our discounted
room block. Rooms are limited, and the block will fill
up quickly, so please make your room reservations
promptly. You cannot book a room until after you
have registered for the convention. A first night’s
room and tax deposit are required at the time of
booking.
Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is
11:00am. In the event you arrive early or need to
depart later, the valet will be happy to check your
luggage at the hotel bell stand.
