FDCC Meetings - Looking Behind
A few hearty outdoorsmen enjoyed the
natural beauty surrounding Charleston
through an afternoon eco-tour, which
cruised through winding tidal creeks on
the way to a pristine barrier island, while
others pursued kayaking, fishing, and
sailing adventures.
The final night party, Club “FDCC”
(Friends, Dancing, Cocktailing, and
Carryin’ on), conveyed the charm of
an elegant Southern nightclub, with
comfortable lounge seating and bar-style
dinner seating close to the dance floor,
in addition to round top tables. Guests
enjoyed a luxury buffet including grilled
beef tenderloin, lobster tails, and she-crab
bisque. The Rivertown Band got the party
going with a high energy, three-hour set of
great music from oldies to modern dance
grooves. The dance floor was packed with
revelers until the last strains of the final
song faded into the night.
The 2025 Winter Meeting Convention
Committee sought to provide attending
members and guests with the knowledge,
professionalism, and fellowship to which
the FDCC is dedicated and is grateful for
the opportunity to help advance the goals
of this wonderful organization.
Charleston has an almost indescribable
charm, and those who attended the 2025
Winter Meeting were undoubtedly left with
lasting memories of being in a beautiful
place with FDCC friends. Thank you to
everyone who helped make the meeting
special, and to everyone who attended.
Jeff Kelsey serves on the FDCC Board of Directors
and is the Chair of the 2025 Winter Meeting
Convention along with his wife, Heather. Jeff is also
the Managing Director – Legal at Federal Express
Corporation.
Daniel W. McGrath serves as a Senior Director on
the FDCC Board of Directors and is the Program
Chair of the 2025 Winter Meeting Convention along
with his wife, Patti. Dan is also a partner in the
Chicago Office of Hinshaw and Culbertson LLP.
