FEDTECH U 2026 | FEBRUARY 22-24
Arrive early in Phoenix and take part in FedTech U 2026, a unique add-on program
created by the FDCC Evolve Committee. This intensive, small-group event runs
February 22–24, 2026, at the offices of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli
immediately before the FDCC Winter Meeting in Scottsdale.
FedTech U is designed for members who
want to move beyond theory and see,
touch, and use the technologies that are
shaping today’s legal practice. Attendance
is capped to keep the program highly
interactive, allowing participants to ask
questions, test tools, and connect directly
with faculty.
Over two full days, you’ll participate in
hands-on demonstrations, faculty-led
workshops, and peer discussions focused
on practical applications of technology in
litigation and business practice. Planned
sessions will explore:
•
How user-experience research reveals
product strengths and flaws.
•
How augmented reality and motion
capture are used in testing and case
presentation.
•
How scientific data—eye tracking,
physiological responses, and usability
studies—can strengthen or challenge
claims.
One of the program highlights will be
sessions with Brett Burney, a well-known
technology consultant and former ABA
Tech Show Chair, who will demonstrate
tools and strategies you can apply directly
in your practice.
Meals will be provided throughout the
event, giving participants structured
programming during the day and time
to connect and network over breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. The combination of
skills training, technology immersion, and
collegial exchange makes FedTech U an
unforgettable experience for those eager
to expand their capabilities.
This program is separate from the Winter
Meeting and requires independent
registration. Space is limited, and
participation will be filled on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Pricing is still being finalized and will be
announced separately. Watch for details
and be ready to secure your spot in this
exciting pre-meeting program.
