Earth is embodied practicality, approaching life through the ve senses and living in the here and now. Concerned with physical security, tangible values, organisa- tion and structure, Earth’s gift of realism allows us to thrive in the material realm.
Air is cool, rational and objective, perceiving life through the mind. It seeks to un- derstand, analyse and classify, and communicate its knowlsedge to others. It has the gift of logic, allowing us to know with certainty what is true and what is not.
Water is feelings and instinct, approaching the world subjectively. It moves with the changing tides of mood and has the gift of emotional intelligence, allowing us to empathise with others, ow with our energy-in-motion and trust our gut sense.
