At the beginning, we had to plan a campaign for Fotomax. We have discussed about a new service of taking photo attached to the front of a hearse in a funeral procession. However, we thought it may be not appropriate for Hong Kong market. As some Hong Kong people are conservative and traditional, they might think it is not lucky for them.
Therefore, we turn out to Christmas explosion box workshop.
I have learnt from the feedbacks of mid-term project which is that first step is very important. We have to figure out a well-developed idea before execution. If the idea
is not well-developed, it influences the whole project. For example, the original designed new service is not obvious and has some problem. So we changed it to other new service which is photo prints on recycled paper. As for style of whole campaign, we need to decide a single minded style through the whole campaign which is more harder.
Regarding to technical learning, I have learnt about web design tool. The good way to success is practice. The mid term project is a gold chance for us to practise what we leant from lessons. I know more about the usage of Wix. Besides, we have not designed an electronic direct mail
