Statement by the Members of the Board
In the opinion of the Board the financial statements and notes, as set out on pages 2 to 20:
1. Satisfies the requirements as set out in Section 63 under Division 3 of the Associations Incorporations Act (WA) 2015, including giving a true and fair view of the financial position at 31 December 2023 and performance of the Association for the year then ended in accordance with the accounting policies described note 10.1 to the financial statements; and
2. At the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that Western Australian Basketball Federation (Inc.) will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due and payable.
