Mid-State Health Center is delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 2nd annual Little Antlers Learning Center’s Glow Ball Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the scenic Wa- terville Valley golf course on Friday, Sep- tember 15th, 2023.

NLRA’S ECOTOURS
These 2-hour cruises aboard the NLRA pontoon boat, Madelaine, feature a biol- ogist from LPC to provide information on the behavior and ecology of loons as pas- sengers tour Newfound on the lookout for loons and other wildlife such as bald ea- gles, otters, and osprey. These programs complement work by LPC and NLRA to support Newfound’s loons through mon- itoring and placement of a nesting raft. Visit www.NewfoundLake.org to learn more.

Save the Date, August 26th as Bristol Old Home Day festivities kick off a huge ros- ter of activities including, an Antique Car Show, Musical Entertainment, Displays, Demonstrations, Craft Fair and our al- most-famous TTCC Lobster Chicken Din- ner. From 5:00 to 6:30pm, the TTCC will host our annual dinner at Kelley Park in Bristol (At the TTCC in the event of rain).
ANTIQUE AND CLASSIC CAR PARADE
HEBRON HISTORIAL SOCIETY
Antique and Classic Car Parade that makes its loop around Newfound Lake. This year, the parade sets off on August 5th, begin- ning in Bridgewater. Parade cars assemble by year at 305 Whittemore Point Rd North, Bridgewater at 10 am.
LIBRARY BOOK SALE
Saturday, August 5th, for the Friends of Minot-Sleeper Library book sale. This an- nual event is a great opportunity to stock up on books at incredible bargain prices.
The Hebron Historical Society invites you to join us for a talk by John C. Porter, au- thor and farm management agent, and his presentation "The History of Agricul- ture as Told by Barns", some of which will are located in Hebron. He will be featured at the Red Barn, 41 North Shore Road, Hebron, NH on Friday, August 18 at 7:00 pm, followed by refreshments. Please bring a chair.
